Job Description
Job Title: Digital Promotion Head
Organization: Jinvani Channel
Location: Agra
Age Criteria: 25 – 35 Years
Job Summary:
The Digital Promotion Head will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the digital growth strategy of JinVani Channel across multiple platforms including OTT, YouTube, website, and outdoor promotional activities. The role requires a creative, data-driven professional who can enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and digital reach.
Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Digital Marketing) preferred
- Certifications in digital marketing tools ( Search Engine Optimization, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, media promotion, or content distribution
- Experience in OTT platform promotion and YouTube channel growth preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive digital promotion strategies
Identify target audience segments and optimize campaigns accordingly
Manage brand positioning across all digital channels
2. YouTube Channel Growth
Optimize content for search and engagement (SEO, thumbnails, titles)
Increase subscribers, watch time, and audience retention
Analyze performance using YouTube Analytics
3. OTT Platform Promotion
Plan campaigns to increase app installs and viewership on OTT platforms
Collaborate with OTT partners for featured placements and promotions
4. Website Management
Oversee website traffic growth through SEO and content marketing
Ensure regular updates, blogs, and content uploads
Improve user experience and conversion rates
5. Social Media Marketing
Manage and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
Plan campaigns, reels, and engagement strategies
Run paid ads and track ROI
6. Outdoor & Event Promotion
Plan and execute promotional campaigns through events, religious gatherings, and public outreach
Coordinate with event teams for branding and visibility
7. Paid Campaigns & Performance Marketing
Manage Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and social media ads
Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI
8. Analytics & Reporting
Track and report campaign performance regularly
Use insights to optimize future strategies
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Experience with tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms
Content strategy and branding expertise
Leadership and team management skills
Creative thinking with data-driven decision-making
How Promotion Will Be Executed
Digital Platforms:
YouTube content optimization and ad campaigns
OTT app promotion through paid ads and partnerships
Website SEO and blog content marketing
Social Media:
Daily posts, reels, and audience engagement
Influencer collaborations and trending campaigns
