Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a versatile, "roll-up-your-sleeves" E-commerce Operations Associate to manage the day-to-day heartbeat of our brand. In this role, you won't just be sitting behind a screen; you will be the bridge between our online store and our physical products. From the moment a customer clicks "Buy" to the moment the package hits their doorstep, you are the person making the magic happen.
Core Responsibilities
1. Website & Store Management
Content Updates: Uploading new products, writing clear descriptions, and ensuring images are high quality.
Inventory Control: Keeping a sharp eye on stock levels to prevent overselling.
Site Maintenance: Checking for broken links, updating banners, and ensuring the mobile experience is seamless.
2. Fulfillment & Logistics
Pick & Pack: Accurately picking items from inventory and packing them securely and beautifully.
Shipping: Generating shipping labels, coordinating with couriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.), and ensuring orders go out on time.
Organization: Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace and tracking packaging supplies.
3. Customer Support
Communication: Answering customer emails and social media messages with a friendly, helpful tone.
Problem Solving: Tracking lost packages, processing returns/exchanges, and resolving complaints.
Feedback: Relaying customer feedback to the team to help improve our products.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.) is highly preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software quickly and troubleshooting basic digital issues.
