Ecommerce Catalog Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Catalogue Executive to manage and maintain product listings on our online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly product content that enhances the customer shopping experience and drives sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and upload product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, and images.

Ensure all product information (pricing, SKUs, variants, stock status) is accurate and regularly updated.

Categorize and tag products appropriately for easy navigation and searchability.

Optimize product content using relevant keywords to improve search rankings.

Coordinate with internal teams such as inventory, marketing, and design for content and updates.

Monitor catalogue quality and fix errors such as incorrect data, duplicate listings, or missing information.

Maintain consistency in formatting, tone, and brand guidelines across all product pages.

Handle bulk uploads and updates using Excel or catalogue management tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce catalogue management or a similar role.

Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization.

Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart).

Basic image editing skills.

Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
