eCommerce Operations Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily marketplace operations. The role involves handling order processing, returns management, and dispatch coordination to ensure smooth and timely execution of all orders.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle daily order processing on marketplaces (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.)
• Ensure timely dispatch of orders as per SLA requirements
• Manage returns, exchanges, and RTO cases efficiently
• Coordinate with warehouse team for picking, packing, and dispatching
• Monitor and minimize order cancellations and return rates
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues
• Maintain and update inventory records
• Identify and report operational errors (wrong dispatch, SKU mismatch, etc.)
• Prepare daily reports for orders, returns, and dispatch status 
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Basic experience in E-commerce or marketplace operations
• Understanding of order lifecycle and return processes
• Familiarity with Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon seller panels
• Good knowledge of Excel (basic reporting)
• Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive operational tasks
• Good coordination and communication skills
