Field Sales Executive (PAN India Travel)
Position: Field Sales Executive
Location: Based out of Agra Office
Travel Requirement: 10–15 days per month across India
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience, skills & performance) + Travel Allowance + Incentives (if applicable)
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented candidate for a Field Sales Executive role.
The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, converting enquiries into orders, and developing approvals in Government Departments, Consultants, Contractors, and Private Sector clients across India.
Key Responsibilities
Travel across India to meet clients, consultants, contractors, dealers, and government officials.
Generate new business enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Develop product approvals in government departments, infrastructure projects, and private companies.
Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and purchase teams.
Follow up on tenders, quotations, approvals, and payment collections when required.
Maintain regular reporting of visits, leads, and market updates to management.
Identify new market opportunities and competitors’ activities.
Candidate Requirements
Prior experience in Field Sales / Industrial Sales / Project Sales preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (10–15 days/month).
Must be disciplined, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Email / WhatsApp reporting preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable working from Agra office when not travelling.
Male candidates preferred due to travel-intensive role.
Preferred Background
Experience in construction materials, pipes, sanitaryware, infrastructure products, engineering products, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements
Strong leadership and team handling skills.
Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email, MIS reporting).
Knowledge of social media marketing.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in sales coordination / office management / team leadership preferred.
Preferred Experience
