Position: Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience & Performance)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (Mandatory)

Industry Preference: Packaging Industry (Mandatory)

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive who has a strong background in the packaging industry and can drive business growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining long-term client relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
• Identify and develop new B2B customers across industries such as FMCG, Cosmetics, Jewellery, Apparel, Gifting, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, and Corporate Businesses.
• Promote customized packaging solutions including luxury boxes, rigid boxes, paper bags, and gift packaging.
• Conduct product presentations and understand customer packaging requirements.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
• Maintain daily visit reports, follow-up records, and sales pipeline.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in the Packaging Industry (Mandatory).
• Proven experience in field sales and business development.
• Strong network with manufacturers, exporters, distributors, or corporate clients will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate business independently.
