Gym Coordinator

We are looking to hire a Front Office Staff for our gym to manage client interaction and daily administrative activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling client interaction and attending walk-in inquiries
• Managing member registrations, renewals, and follow-ups
• Maintaining and updating members’ data and records
• Attending calls, messages, and appointment scheduling
• Providing basic information about gym services, packages, and offers
• Ensuring smooth front desk operations and coordination with trainers
• Maintaining cleanliness and discipline at the reception area

Work Schedule:

The job will be divided into two shifts:

• Morning Shift
• Evening Shift

(Candidate should be flexible to work in either shift as per requirement)

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Data Entry)
• Polite and professional behavior
• Ability to handle clients and maintain records efficiently

Experience:

• Prior experience in gym, reception, or customer handling will be preferred
