Position: HR Manager (Female Only)
Location: Agra
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager who can independently manage the Human
Resources function of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll
management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations across
office, warehouse, and coordination with factory HR when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle employee relations and workplace concerns.
Design and implement performance management systems.
Develop HR policies and SOPs.
Provide HR reports to management.

Time-to-hire and quality of hiring
Payroll accuracy and timeliness
Employee retention rate
Compliance adherence
Employee satisfaction and grievance resolution time
Implementation of HR policies and systems
HR SYSTEMS & TOOLS

Payroll software
MS Excel / HR reporting tools
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Maturity in handling sensitive situations
Ability to handle both blue-collar and white-collar workforce
Strong ownership mindset
Practical problem-solving approach
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, publishing, or traditional business
environments.
COMPENSATION
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and capability.
