Job Description
Computer Kendra is hiring B.Tech / MCA candidates for handling internal software operations, testing, implementation support, and day-to-day operational assistance for our ongoing ERP and e-Governance software projects.
The candidate will work from our office and assist the internal team in software testing, process monitoring, issue tracking, operational coordination, and application support activities.
Responsibilities
- Test and monitor software applications/modules
- Assist in day-to-day software operations and implementation activities
- Verify data, reports, workflows, and application functionality
- Coordinate internally with developers and support teams
- Identify software issues and maintain issue logs
- Prepare reports, documentation, and operational updates
- Support deployment and configuration activities whenever required
- Ensure smooth functioning of ongoing software projects
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of software/web applications
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations
- Ability to learn ERP/software workflows quickly
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible and disciplined working attitude
