Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales

Location: Agra

Experience: Minimum 6 Months

Salary: ₹3.5 LPA Fixed

Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Field Sales team in Agra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales and preferably have worked with platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, or TradeIndia.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through field visits and direct sales.
• Identify potential customers and convert leads into business.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and maintain customer follow-ups.
• Handle and demonstrate Swipe Machine/POS Machine products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of relevant field sales experience is mandatory.
• Candidates should preferably have previous work experience with IndiaMART, Justdial, or TradeIndia.
• Swipe Machine/POS Machine sales experience is mandatory.
• Candidate should have good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong field-sales and customer-handling skills.
• Job gap of more than 1 month is not acceptable.
• Should be comfortable with field sales and daily market visits.
• Must be target-oriented and willing to achieve sales goals.
