Job Description – IT Head

Position Overview: SEA TV Network Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Head to manage and oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and technical operation:. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to ensure uninterrupted IT support for all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, networking devices, and internet connectivity.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all hardware, software, operating systems, and office applications.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade computer systems and peripheral devices.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security.
• Provide timely technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, system access, email configurations, and password policies.
• Ensure regular data backup, disaster recovery planning, and data security compliance.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company systems from threats and unauthorized access.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for AMC, procurement, and technical support.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, warranty records, and documentation.
• Monitor system performance and recommend infrastructure improvements for better efficiency.
• Support installation and maintenance of CCTV, biometric attendance systems, IP phones, and other IT equipment.
• Ensure timely software updates, antivirus management, and system patching.
• Assist management in planning and implementing new technology solutions.
• Prepare periodic IT performance reports and submit updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, hardware troubleshooting, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in server management, firewall configuration, backup solutions, and user support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email servers, antivirus solutions, and cloud-based applications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure uninterrupted IT operations.
