Job Description
एलआईसी बीमा सखी (महिला करियर एजेंट) योजना एक 3 वर्षीय वजीफा-आधारित कार्यक्रम है, इसके अंतर्गत पहले 3 वर्ष ट्रेनिंग के दौरान 7000Rs फिक्स +2800+ कमीशन विशेष रूप से महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाने और उन्हें एलआईसी एजेंट के रूप में प्रशिक्षित करने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है。
बीमा सखी का कार्य प्रोफाइल (Work Profile) मुख्य रूप से निम्नलिखित जिम्मेदारियों पर केंद्रित होता है:
- ग्राहक संपर्क: महिलाओं और स्थानीय निवासियों से संपर्क करके उन्हें एलआईसी की विभिन्न पॉलिसियों, निवेश लाभों और सुरक्षा के महत्व के बारे में जागरूक करना。
- वित्तीय परामर्श: लोगों की आय और भविष्य की जरूरतों के अनुसार सही जीवन बीमा योजनाओं का सुझाव देना。
- पॉलिसी बेचना: नए ग्राहकों को पॉलिसी समझाना, फॉर्म भरना और एलआईसी प्लान की बिक्री पूरी करना。
सेवा प्रदान करना: मौजूदा ग्राहकों को प्रीमियम जमा करने की याद दिलाना, मैच्योरिटी/क्लेम में मदद करना और पॉलिसी नवीनीकरण (Renewal) सुनिश्चित करना।प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करना: खुद को एक कुशल बीमा पेशेवर बनाने के लिए एलआईसी के उत्पादों और वित्तीय साक्षरता से जुड़े 3 साल के निरंतर प्रशिक्षण में भाग लेना。
