Job Purpose

This position will be responsible for handling operation and maintenance of network Core operations – NOKIA IMS, MSS, GCS, HLR, HSS, Cloud based nodes, DRA, IMS network, Fault management, Configuration management, and New node implementation for Nokia Core nodes CS & VOLTE.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

1. Responsible for Core node availability a 99.99%

2. Need expertise with Nokia MSC, MGW, HLR and VOLTE core nodes.

3. Should have experience in handling Operation and maintenance for MSS, GCS, HLR, HSS, IMS from Nokia nodes.

3. Customer complaint analysis and resolution within TAT

4. Handling planned activity for core nodes

5.Coordination with other operator for augmentation, customer complaint trouble shooting,

6. Handling New node integration and co-ordination with vendor for projects and critical trouble tickets.

7. Handling Network security audit related to Core devices.

8. Support to other function like RA, Corporate, marketing, CS team by providing MIS, analysis etc.,

9. Raising CR for all changes with respect to Core – Voice and Data nodes.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

1. Strong Knowledge in Core protocols like MAP, BICC, SIP, Diameter protocols,

2. Strong understanding on core node architecture  - 4G network, IMS network, etc., 

3. Excellent presentation skills

4. Good communication skills

5. Linux, SQL, MS Access, python scripting will be added advantage.

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

B.E / B.Tech/

Experience – 5-7 Years
