Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Nurse (ANM/GNM) to provide high-quality patient care and assist doctors in clinical procedures. The ideal candidate must possess a valid ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) certificate and have excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities:Provide nursing care and monitor patients' health conditions.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Record patients' vital signs and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
- Dress wounds and provide post-treatment care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and medications.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in patient care areas.
- Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for quality patient care.
