Role Description
This is a part-time remote Online Teacher role, compensated on a per-class basis. Responsibilities include crafting lesson plans, delivering engaging virtual sessions, and fostering an interactive learning environment. The Online Teacher will also provide personalized guidance to students and ensure alignment with HEYY-GURU’s innovative teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
The selected teacher will be responsible for:
- Conducting live online classes for assigned subjects and batches.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for each chapter or topic.
- Creating homework assignments and practice questions for students.
- Preparing test papers, quizzes, and assessments to evaluate student performance.
- Resolving student doubts and queries during or after classes.
- Maintaining a structured, interactive, and engaging learning environment.
Compensation (Important)
₹ 149 – ₹249 per class
Payment will be made on a per-class basis.
Probation Period
The position will include a 2-month probation period.
Continuation after probation will depend on performance evaluation.
Commitment / Academic Year Bond
Teachers will be required to sign a commitment bond for the academic year.
Discontinuing classes during the academic session without proper notice will not be permitted.
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must have:
A Laptop or Computer for conducting online classes
A stable and high-speed internet (WiFi) connection
Basic familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree).
Strong subject knowledge for the class or subject assigned.
Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Educational program implementation
Ability to engage and manage students effectively in an online classroom.
