Job Description
Job Title: Plant / Factory Manager (Supervisor Level)
Location: Agra
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Factory Supervisor who can manage daily factory operations, ensure smooth production, and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day factory operations and workflow
- Manage and supervise labour/workers efficiently
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet targets
- Ensure product quality and conduct regular quality checks
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the factory
- Handle raw material availability and coordinate with store/purchase team
- Monitor machine usage and report any maintenance issues
- Reduce wastage and improve productivity
- Maintain daily production reports and records
- Coordinate with management for smooth operations
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of factory/production experience
- Ability to handle workers and manage team discipline
- Basic understanding of production and quality processes
- Responsible, hardworking, and problem-solving attitude
Preferred:
- Experience in aluminum, fabrication, or manufacturing industry
- Basic knowledge of reporting or Excel
