Job Description
The Production Executive will be responsible for planning and supervising daily production operations, ensuring optimum yields, maintaining hygiene and quality standards, and coordinating with quality control and maintenance teams.
- Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and monitor daily production plans.
- Supervise production staff, operators, and helpers.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Monitor product yields, losses, and process efficiency.
- Maintain batch records and production reports.
- Coordinate with QC for in-process and finished product testing.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
- Minimize wastage and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment uptime.
