Job Description
Job Title: IT Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Location: Agra
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1 Year (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply)
- Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Identify and qualify potential clients for IT services and software solutions.
- Conduct online and in-person client meetings to understand business requirements.
- Present company services and customized IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written English communication.
- Experience in IT Services, Software, SaaS, or Digital Marketing sales.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the sales lifecycle.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- MBA/BBA/BCA/B.Tech preferred.
- 1+ year experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, or Business Development.
Salary₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
