Sales Manager

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans to achieve business objectives.

Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.

Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.

Coordinate with the Operations, Production, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Monitor customer payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.

Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, and CRM data.
