Job Description

We are seeking confident, motivated Real Estate Sales Professionals who can guide clients through the process of purchasing homes, including high-value properties. The ideal candidate is self-driven, client-focused, and excels at building relationships, presenting compelling property value, and closing deals with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads to convert inquiries into viewings and sales

  • Conduct property tours and deliver compelling presentations highlighting features, benefits, and value

  • Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, builders, and referral partners

  • Prepare and present accurate property information, market analyses, and price recommendations

  • Guide clients through the purchase process, including negotiations, documentation, and closing

  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize lead generation and conversions
