Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers at the showroom and assist them with product selection

Generate, follow up, and close leads through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms

Build customer trust through strong communication and product knowledge

Actively work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets

Assist in content creation for marketing (reels, posts, stories, captions)

Perform basic photo/video editing for social media promotions

Coordinate with the team for offers, promotions, and new product launches

Support online marketing activities, including basic handling of Meta (Instagram/Facebook) Ads and Google Ads

Maintain customer records and follow-ups efficiently

Required Skills & Requirements

Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

Sales-oriented mindset with confidence to close deals

Basic editing skills (Canva, InShot, CapCut, or similar tools)

Basic technical knowledge (smartphone usage, social media handling, WhatsApp Business, etc.)

Basic understanding of social media marketing

Comfortable interacting with customers online & offline

Willingness to learn, grow, and take responsibility
