Position: Team Leader / Sales Coordinator

Location: Agra Office

Department: Sales & Business Development

Salary: Approx. ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills, experience & performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and organized professional to lead and coordinate our sales team of 8 members.

 The candidate will be responsible for daily sales monitoring, team coordination, reporting, market expansion, and supporting management in business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Coordination

Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team of 8 members.

Conduct periodic review meetings with telecallers and sales staff.

Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

Monitor pending enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and orders.

Coordinate with field staff regarding customer visits, meetings, and travel plans.

Sales Operations

Maintain MIS reports in Excel / computer systems.

Ensure timely customer follow-ups and order execution coordination.

Improve productivity and discipline within the sales team.

Support management with performance reviews and strategy execution.

Business Development & Expansion

Identify new geographies, markets, and customer segments for expansion.

Explore new product opportunities based on market demand.

Generate leads for corporate clients, contractors, institutions, and government projects.

Support export business development opportunities.

Marketing & Digital Presence

Manage social media marketing initiatives for brand visibility.

Coordinate digital campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and lead generation activities.

Assist in presentation making, proposals, and promotional content.

Candidate Requirements

Strong leadership and team handling skills.

Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email, MIS reporting).

Knowledge of social media marketing.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Problem-solving attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Prior experience in sales coordination / office management / team leadership preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in B2B sales, manufacturing, industrial products, construction materials, sanitaryware, pipes, or engineering sector preferred.
