Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining products/services, and following up with potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain basic customer information and call records.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Comfortable using a smartphone/computer.
