Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Female Telecaller (Immediate Requirement)

Location: Rambagh, Agra

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and experienced Female Telecaller who can handle outbound/inbound calls, follow up professionally, and support basic office communication tasks. The candidate must have strong communication skills and familiarity with basic computer tools.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, and enquiries.

Handle incoming calls and provide required information.

Maintain call logs, follow-up sheets, and customer databases.

Prepare basic reports and maintain records in MS Excel.

Draft and send professional emails.

Assist with media formatting, editing, and basic content tasks (knowledge of ChatGPT will be an added advantage).

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.

🎓 Required Skills

Excellent communication & telephone etiquette

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email drafting

Basic media formatting/editing skills preferred

Comfort using tools like ChatGPT is an added plus

Ability to handle customers professionally and maintain follow-ups

Punctual, disciplined, and good at maintaining documentation
