About the RoleWe are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Female Customer Support Executive to join our growing e-commerce team. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with customers over phone and WhatsApp, answer their queries, resolve concerns, and ensure they have a smooth shopping experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Answer product-related questions clearly and professionally.
• Assist customers with order-related queries.
• Resolve customer concerns in a polite and timely manner.
• Build trust and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with the operations team when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers whenever necessary.
• RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Pleasant and professional phone etiquette.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, MS Excel, and web browsers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to remain calm and patient while handling customers.
• Preferred QualificationsGraduate preferred (12th Pass with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Freshers are welcome.
• Experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Telesales, or E-commerce will be an added advantage.
