Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Call and follow up with students, parents, and generated leads.

Explain courses, colleges, the admission process, and counseling services.

Generate admissions through proper counseling and sales communication.

Maintain daily call records and lead updates in CRM/Excel.

Handle student queries professionally through calls and WhatsApp.

Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Coordinate with the counseling and admission teams for smooth processing.


Requirements


Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Strong, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with calling and lead handling.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales will be preferred.
