Account Executive

💼 Key Responsibilities

📊 Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain books of accounts using software like Tally, Busy Accounting Software, or Excel
• Record daily transactions (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Handle accounts payable and receivable 

🧮 GST (Goods and Services Tax)

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

Reconcile GST data with books and portal

Ensure compliance with GST laws and deadlines

Handle input tax credit (ITC) and GST calculations

• 💰 TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)Deduct and record TDS as per applicable sections
• File TDS returns (quarterly)
• Issue TDS certificates (Form 16A)
• Reconcile TDS with Income Tax Department of India portal 
• 🎯 Required Skills
• Knowledge of GST & TDS regulations
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software (Tally/Busy)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good Excel skills
• 🎓 Qualifications
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience (can vary based on company)
