Maintain and update data in Excel sheets with accuracy and confidentiality.

Print invoices and ensure proper filing for accounting and record-keeping purposes.

Verify expense reports and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Maintain and organize physical and digital files for easy retrieval and reference.

Scan documents and ensure proper storage in the digital filing system.

Assist in audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Generate reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial and administrative records.
