Accountant

Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently.

• “Candidate must have working knowledge of ERP systems or be willing to learn and adapt quickly.”
• Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and data entry.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Ensure timely payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Generate financial reports and assist management in decision-making.
