• Position: Accountant – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & TaxationKey ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable (AP)Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documents.
• Prepare and process vendor payments within agreed timelines.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase bills, expenses, and outstanding liabilities.
• Accounts Receivable (AR)Generate customer invoices and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Follow up with customers for timely collections.
• Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports and coordinate with the sales team for payment recovery.
• Taxation & CompliancePrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, etc.).
• Reconcile GST data with books and the GST portal.
• Manage TDS deductions, return filing, and statutory compliance.
• Assist in tax audits, statutory audits, and financial compliance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and government regulations.
• General AccountingRecord journal entries, bank transactions, and ledger postings.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in ERP/Tally.
• Support internal and external auditors by providing required documents and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
• 2–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Taxation.
• Experience in the Construction, Infrastructure, or RMC industry will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and ERP software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred SkillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive and responsible approach.
