Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Accountant Cum Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete accounting work in Tally

• Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and accounting records

• Work on Advanced Excel for reports, data management, and analysis

• Prepare quotations, offers, and order documents

• Manage GST-related work and basic compliance

• Handle email correspondence and client communication

• Follow up for payments and maintain records

• Perform general back office and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and back office work

• Strong working knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel

• Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles

• Good communication and correspondence skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
