Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day accounting & bookkeeping procedures
- Prepare invoices, billing documents and related financial records
- Maintain Sale & Purchase registers and Bank reconciliations
- Maintain office voucher entries
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and receivables.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST related documents, fillings and compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and financial institutes required.
- Manage office documentation, emails administrative communications
- Able to Travel and Drive 2-Wheeler
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce (BBA, B. Com) or MBA preferable
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts, bookkeeping or similar role
- Proficiency in Tally ERP & Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Hands on experience with GST procedures, compliance and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Banking procedure
- Must be able to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi, & English languages
