Job Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting entries

GST billing and invoice preparation

Bank reconciliation

Purchase & sales entry

Maintain Excel reports and documentation

Coordinate with CA for GST/TDS work

Petty cash handling

Vendor payment follow-up

Required Skills

Knowledge of Tally ERP / Prime

Basic GST understanding

MS Excel knowledge

Good communication skills

Responsible and disciplined working style

Preferred

Experience in industrial or automation company

Knowledge of E-way bill and taxation
