We are a UK-based Property Management Company specialising in the management of commercial properties across the United Kingdom managing the day-to-day operations of a varied commercial property portfolio including office, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets. This is a role focused on the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and estates, with particular emphasis on service charge budgeting, financial reporting, rent reconciliation, client accounting oversight.


The successful candidate will work closely with our Accounts Team on all financial aspects of portfolio management, including service charge budgeting, year-end reconciliations, rent collection reporting, tenant ledger management, supplier invoicing, landlord reporting and client account compliance.


This role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent financial attention to detail, and the ability to ensure accurate reporting across multi-let commercial assets. Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and inquiries.
  • Prepare, manage and reconcile annual service charge budgets and year-end expenditure
  • statements in accordance with RICS Professional Standards.
  • Monitor service charge expenditure against budget and provide variance reporting to clients.
  • Manage rent collection, arrears monitoring and rent reconciliation reporting across the portfolio.
  • Resolve tenant disputes and rental-related issues.
  • Ensure full compliance with UK property regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present periodical management reports i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly etc as per statement and periodicity agreed.
  • Prepare and bring accounts up to finalization level for further submission by UK Accounting Team.
  • Collaborate with the senior manager (India & UK) to uphold operational and regulatory excellence across our property portfolio.


Requirements:


  • Proven background or Minimum 3 years’ experience in UK property accounting, real estate
  • BPO/KPO, or financial back-office support for a UK/international property firm.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills-confident communicating with UK-based teams.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modelling)
  • Experience with UK property management or accounting software (Re-Leased, XERO or similar)
  • Strong financial acumen and confidence in budgeting, reporting and reconciliations.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B. Com / M. Com) or equivalent.


Desirable / bonus skills :

  • Re-Leased software, RICS framework awareness, UK VAT on property, Xero / Sage, CRM tools, Client reporting dashboards, Arrears & debt management Commercial lease reading.


Job Types:

Pay Range : ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

  • Monday To Friday : 01:00 PM IST - 10:30 PM IST & 02:00 PM IST - 11:30 PM IST
