Established in the year 1986, we, “Bhagwati Filters Private Limited”, are an ISO-9001:2008 accredited manufacturer and supplier of a gamut of Filters and Welded Elements & Strainers. The products we offer are appreciated in the industry for their superior quality. Ours is a Sole Proprietorship (Individual) firm, which is based at Ahmedabad, (Gujarat, India). We are supported by the family of Bhagwatis & associates in our entire business process. Our parent firm is guided in its pursuit of success by our mentor, “ Dr. P. N. Bhagwati”. He also runs other two C.I and S.G. Iron Casting units, namely M/s Bhagwati Autocast Limited and M/s Bhagwati Spherocast Limited.

Owing to the quality of our products, we have gained a market share in industries like earth moving equipment manufacturers, steel, cement, machine tool, hydraulic and lubricating equipment manufacturers. Our firm has successfully developed high pressure filters, which perform efficiently under a working pressure of 400 BAR. Moreover, we have developed duplex filters for uninterrupted services for performing tasks at a working pressure of 160 BAR. These filters are provided with a variety of elements like hydro-clean (Absolute Micron Rating), paper and stainless steel mesh. Furthermore, we execute development of special elements for critical industrial applications to meet the varied demands of our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Assembly: Assembles components by hand or using tools to build filters according to technical drawings, schematics, or process instructions.
• Quality Control: Inspects finished filters for defects, quality, and consistency.
• Production & Efficiency: Meets daily production quotas, deadlines, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Documentation: Records production data, such as scrap reports, inspection results, and machine logs.
• Maintenance: Performs minor assembly line setup, repairs, or calibration of equipment.
• Collaboration: Works with team members to optimize production processes.
