About the Company

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality drilling equipment, specializing in Water Well Drilling Rigs, Mining Drilling Rigs, and other specialized drilling solutions. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented professional to strengthen our Sales & Marketing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, consultants, and government organizations.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams for smooth project execution.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and marketing plans.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred). MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Experience: 3–8 years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in capital equipment, construction machinery, mining equipment, drilling rigs, heavy engineering, or industrial machinery.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Drilling Rigs, Mining Equipment, Construction Machinery, Earthmoving Equipment, Hydraulic Equipment, Industrial Machinery, or Heavy Engineering will be given preference.
