Rasaam is in the business of proving platform in the form of fashion & lifestyle exhibition since 2010, and now expanding its reach to online/e-com site for designers. Working with upcoming/budding designers can provide immense opportunities to interact and know about their idea for a startup. So, likewise, Rasaam will act as a very beneficial platform for a person with entrepreneurial thinking since it will connect one to likeminded people for enhanced knowledge to startup something sooner/later.

Position : Assistant Manager – Sales & Operations
Job description
· Candidate is required to bring on board various designer Labels / Brands for our exhibitions and e-commerce platform.
· Active participation in Event Planning and concept development
- Sales and marketing of Garments & exhibition spaces.
- Assisting in real-time events held in the duration
- Managing the event related requirements before the commencement of the same
- Venue and vendor management.
· Handing communication with participants and vendors.
· Market research and Client profiling.
· Responsible for all operational implementation & pre & post event activities, Good network of Vendors across, Elementary, Budgeting and Event Operations also Follow up with vendors & suppliers and maintain records and bills.
· Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. Handle clients during events and send them regular updates and keeping a track of their requirements.
· Interacting with vendors to facilitate customer service.
· Uploading products for e-com website along with data management.
Knowledge required:
· Operations Management, Product Management, Consumer Behaviour, Market Research, Marketing Strategy, Business Plans, SWOT Analysis, PEST Analysis, Horizontal and Vertical Integration Strategy.
· You should have an ability to handle difficult situations, decision making, multitasking, problem solving.
· Good in Rate negotiation with hotels & Other Vendors
· Candidate should have an excellent understanding of handling clients and customers.
· Should be ready to visit regions as & when required.
· Previous experience in an operations role will be advantage.
