AutoCAD Draftsman Cum Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman cum Operations Executive who will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and supporting day-to-day operational activities. The role requires a mix of technical drafting skills and coordination/management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. AutoCAD Drafting

• Prepare 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD as per project requirements
• Modify and update drawings based on feedback from engineers/clients
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and standards
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings
• Prepare layout plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings

2. Operations Management

• Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and internal departments
• Track project progress and ensure timely execution
• Handle documentation, reporting, and data management
• Assist in procurement and material planning
• Maintain records of daily operations and project status

3. Coordination & Communication

• Communicate with clients for requirements and updates
• Support project managers in execution and planning
• Resolve minor operational issues independently

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Architecture or related field
• 1–3 years of experience (freshers with strong AutoCAD skills can also apply)
