Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate between departments, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Maintaining and updating company databases, records, and filing systems with high accuracy.
  • Coordination: Assisting different departments with documentation, scheduling, and administrative support.
  • Reporting: Preparing daily/weekly reports on office activities and operational tasks.
  • Communication: Handling internal communications, emails, and follow-ups with vendors or clients as needed.
  • Inventory: Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
