The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good coordination skills, and the ability to handle back-office operations efficiently.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

📂 Handle client onboarding and KYC/IKYC modification processes

📝 Create and manage new accounts on BSE, NSE, MFU, and related portals

💳 Process transactions such as Purchase, Redemption, Switch, SIP, STP, and SWP

📧 Manage email communication, reports, and client documentation

📱 Update client details like mobile numbers, email IDs, bank mandates, and nominations

🌐 Create and manage accounts on portals like Fund Bazaar, CAMS, KFintech, Prudent, and MF Central

🏦 Handle Volt Money loan-related activities and documentation

📋 Maintain daily transaction reports and rejection reports in Google Sheets

📞 Follow up with clients regarding rejected transactions and reprocessing

💼 Assist with salary incentives, attendance records, and staff bonus calculations

⭐ Coordinate Google reviews, testimonials, feedback, and referral activities

📑 Support life insurance documentation and case paper handling

📈 Learn and support additional office operations for business growth

💰 Salary:

💵 ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 (As per Experience & Skill)
