Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Female Back Office Operations Executive to support our day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling client coordination along with internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update records, documents, and databases accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and operations
- Manage email communication and data entry tasks
- Conduct client calling for follow-ups, updates, and service coordination
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely response
- Support in handling inquiries and resolving basic client queries
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of client records
