Job Description

  • Customer service: Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service 

  • Beverage preparation: Making coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks, often tailored to the customer's preferences 

  • Food preparation: Preparing food orders 

  • Cash register: Working the cash register and handling payments 

  • Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, seating areas, and equipment 

  • Stocking: Stocking the store 

  • Education: Answering customer questions about the menu and items, and educating customers about coffee and tea
