Job Description
At Startup Vidhan Private Limited, we are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive to connect with businesses, understand their needs, and convert leads into clients, focusing on lead closure and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads (startups, MSMEs, business owners)
- Connect with clients via Tata Telecaller
- Explain services like:
- Business Registration
- Funding & Investment Support
- Compliance & Legal Services
- Investor Readiness & Documentation
- Understand client requirements and suggest the right solutions
- Focus on lead closure and conversion into paying clients
- Maintain strong follow-ups and client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and closure targets
- Update and manage lead pipeline in CRM/tools
Skills Required:
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Good sales, negotiation & closing skills
- Ability to understand business requirements
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
