Job Description

At Startup Vidhan Private Limited, we are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive to connect with businesses, understand their needs, and convert leads into clients, focusing on lead closure and revenue generation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads (startups, MSMEs, business owners)
  • Connect with clients via Tata Telecaller
  • Explain services like:
  • Business Registration
  • Funding & Investment Support
  • Compliance & Legal Services
  • Investor Readiness & Documentation
  • Understand client requirements and suggest the right solutions
  • Focus on lead closure and conversion into paying clients
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales and closure targets
  • Update and manage lead pipeline in CRM/tools


Skills Required:

  • Strong communication & convincing skills
  • Good sales, negotiation & closing skills
  • Ability to understand business requirements
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
