Business Development Executive (BDE)

The Mission:

Most digital content is just noise. At Double Tap, we build insanely great visual aesthetics, strategic scripting, and seamless content execution that make brands impossible to ignore.

Our creative engine is firing perfectly. Our service is undeniable. Now, we need an execution engine to match it. We are looking for a focused, articulate automotive thinker to own our client acquisition pipeline from end to end.

Your Daily Execution Pipeline:

You will own and execute this exact 8-phase framework:

1. Client Discovery: Search out high-potential brands by niche and location using Google Maps, Meta Ad Library, and LinkedIn. Extract and organize this data using digital tools. Output: A targeted lead list.

2 & 3. Outreach & Follow-Up: Connect with prospects via calling, WhatsApp, and email to check interest and schedule meetings. Output: Confirmed meetings booked.

4. Meeting Setup & Diagnosis: Meet founders face-to-face in Ahmedabad or via Google Meet. Understand their brand goals, budget, and business expectations. Output: Clear alignment and project commitments.

5. Closure & On-Boarding: Transition won clients seamlessly into our ecosystem by handling contracts and proposals. Output: An onboarded, active client.

6 & 7. Retention & Advocacy: Maintain close relationships with client decision-makers. Ensure satisfaction and, after 6 months of delivering great results, secure warm referral introductions. Output: High client loyalty and new incoming references.

8. Pipeline Sharpening: Review your data and process regularly to find bottlenecks. Output: Implementing 3 actionable process improvements every cycle.

3. You speak and write with clarity: No fluff, no heavy corporate buzzwords.

4. You communicate with precision, whether over a text message or face-to-face.

5. You are highly organized: You love structuring data, using smart tools to save time, and following a process until it works.

6. You want to build: You are excited to work directly with the founders on the ground floor of a fast-growing creative agency.
