Business Development Manager – (BDM) Fire Alarm Systems
Location: Jodhpur Cross Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad
Experience: 2–5 Years
Coverage Area: Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh & Madhya Pradesh
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 + TA on actuals + Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month
👉 This is a revenue-generating role focused on working directly with Fire Consultants, MEP Consultants, Dealers & Distributors to generate and close Fire Safety System projects.
👉 Target-based role with strong incentives on sales performance
Description:·
- Develop business through Fire Consultants, MEP Consultants, Dealers and Distributors
- Generate new business opportunities and convert them into orders
- Build strong relationships with consultants and channel partners
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations and site visits
- Work closely with the Technical Pre-Sales Engineer for solution design, technical discussions and project support
- Track project opportunities and support the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
- Travel across Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh for business development activities
Requirements:
- 2–5 years' experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, Channel Sales or Business Development
- Experience in Fire Safety, Fire Alarm Systems, MEP, Electrical, Building Automation or related industries preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
Travel:
- 50% travel required every month
- Major travel within Gujarat, occasional travel to Rajasthan, UP, MP & Maharashtra
