Car Driver

Job Title: Driver – Office of the CEO : Hexaspace Technologies Pvt. Ltd. 

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Reporting To: CEO / Founder

Role Summary: Hexaspace is looking for a reliable, disciplined, and well-mannered driver to provide dedicated chauffeur services to the CEO, ensuring safe, timely, and professional transportation for business and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive the CEO to and from meetings, site visits, airport, and other official/personal engagements
• Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness, servicing schedule, fuel, and documentation (RC, insurance, PUC, etc.)
• Plan routes in advance to ensure punctuality, factoring in traffic and schedule changes
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the CEO's schedule, conversations, and movements
• Assist with basic errands (documents, courier pickups/drop-offs) as required
• Maintain a daily log of trips, fuel expenses, and mileage
• Be available for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional outstation travel

Requirements:

• Valid driving license (LMV, and preferably with a clean record of 5+ years' experience)
• Familiarity with Ahmedabad city routes and highways
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor
• Trustworthy, punctual, and discreet
• Ability to read basic addresses/directions (Google Maps navigation)
• Prior experience as a personal/corporate driver preferred

Working Hours: 10 AM to 8 PM, based on CEO's schedule (may include early/late hours)
