Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000

Job Overview:

We are looking for a vigilant and responsible CCTV Operator to monitor store surveillance systems and ensure compliance with employee attendance and operational procedures across all retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV footage of all retail stores on a regular basis.
• Track employee attendance and verify store opening and closing activities.
• Check whether employees have clocked in/out correctly and investigate discrepancies.
• Report attendance irregularities, policy violations, or suspicious activities to the concerned department.
• Maintain daily monitoring reports and incident records.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and HR regarding attendance and operational concerns.
• Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report technical issues when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV monitoring or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance operations.
• Good observation and analytical skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
