CCTV Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician who can install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems, networking devices, and related security equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and related accessories.

• Perform cable laying, termination, and testing.

• Configure IP cameras, network switches, routers, and remote viewing applications.

• Troubleshoot and repair CCTV systems and networking issues.

• Conduct routine maintenance and preventive checks of surveillance systems.

• Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, and technical support.

• Provide demonstrations and basic training to customers regarding system usage.

• Prepare service reports and maintain installation records.

• Ensure all installations are completed according to company standards and safety guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and IP surveillance systems.

• Basic knowledge of networking, IP addressing, and remote access setup.

• Experience in cable laying and connector crimping.

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Ability to travel to customer locations.
