We provide Architectural Planning, Interior Design, Structural Design, 2D Drafting, 3D Visualization, and Government Approval Services for Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Projects.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Civil Draughtsman to join our growing team.

• Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed 2D Civil and Architectural Drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop Building Plans, Layout Plans, Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, and Working Drawings.
• Prepare Municipal Submission Drawings as per local authority regulations.
• Draft Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Projects.
• Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Revise drawings based on design changes and client requirements.
• Prepare area calculations, site layouts, and construction details.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations and standards.
• Maintain drawing records and project documentation.
• Support project execution teams with technical drawings and revisions.
• Required SkillsTechnical SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD 2D (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of Architectural and Civil Drafting Standards
• Understanding of Building Construction Methods
• Ability to read Architectural and Structural Drawings
• Knowledge of Municipal Approval Drawings
• Basic understanding of CGDCR, GDCR, and Building Bye-laws
• Knowledge of Plotting, Printing, and Drawing Management
• Preferred SkillsAutoCAD 3D

• Educational QualificationITI Draughtsman Civil
• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Architecture Assistantship
• B.E./B.Tech Civil (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience1–5 years in Civil/Architectural Drafting
• Experience in Building Plan Approval Drawings will be preferred
• Experience with Residential and Commercial Projects is an advantage

Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
