Collection Executive / Officer

JOB PURPOSE

To manage

credit card outstanding collections in the 60–90 days delinquency bucket by

ensuring effective follow-ups, recovery targets achievement, and adherence to

compliance and regulatory guidelines.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Collection Management

• Handle credit card outstanding cases in the 60–90 days bucket.
• Make outbound collection calls to customers within the defined calling window.
• Negotiate and counsel customers for timely repayment.
• Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.
• Maintain proper follow-up and tracking of allocated cases.

Customer Handling·        Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.

·        Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.

·        Escalate critical cases to the Team Leader when required.

DRA Certification is mandatory.

Experience

·        

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of

experience in collections (preferably credit card collections).

Experience in 60–90 days bucket

preferred.
